Cancel & Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be in brand new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging.
Proof of purchase, such as Invoice Copy, payment receipt, order confirmation, or packing slip, is required.
2. Time frame for Returns:
Returns must be initiated within 5 days of the purchase date or delivery date.
After 10 days, we may not accept returns or exchanges.
3. Return Process:
Contact our customer service team to request a return.
You may receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA) to track your return.
Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, and attach the RMA if provided.
Ship the return package to the designated address using a traceable and insured shipping method after the confirmation email received from seller. The cost of return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer.
4. Refund or Exchange:
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange only if the product is in good & usable condition.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 15 business days from the date of return received.
Exchanges will be subject to availability, and any price differences may be adjusted accordingly.
5. Exceptions:
Personalized or customized items may not be eligible for returns unless they are defective. Returns may not be accepted for items that show signs of wear or damage due to misuse.
6. Defective or Damaged Items:
Please open your order shipment under camera.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately.
We will provide instructions for returning the item, and a replacement or refund will be arranged promptly.
7. Final Sale Items:
Some items may be marked as “final sale,” and returns or exchanges may not be accepted for these items.
